The rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the Ganges.
I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. The bathroom was cramped and flooded while showering, which made for an unpleasant experience. Additionally, the staff's overall responsiveness was lacking, as my requests for basic amenities took multiple calls before action was taken. It felt as if the hotel was unprepared to handle its guests properly.

A cozy stay by the Ganges
The hotel’s rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views of the Ganges, making every meal a serene experience. The staff was genuinely welcoming and eager to assist with local tips.
However, I faced a lengthy wait for food from the rooftop restaurant, which can be frustrating if you're hungry. The lack of a lift also made lugging heavy bags a chore.
