An incredible stay close to Assi Ghat! The staff was attentive and welcoming, making our visit feel special. The rooftop terrace provided stunning views of the Ganges. Food was delicious, and Mr Pradeep was exceptional in catering to our needs. The comfortable room and efficient air conditioning helped too!

I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. The bathroom was cramped and flooded while showering, which made for an unpleasant experience. Additionally, the staff's overall responsiveness was lacking, as my requests for basic amenities took multiple calls before action was taken. It felt as if the hotel was unprepared to handle its guests properly.

However, I faced a lengthy wait for food from the rooftop restaurant, which can be frustrating if you're hungry. The lack of a lift also made lugging heavy bags a chore.
